  • You are responsible for timely defect rectification in compliance with an existing budget framework
  • Control the processing of defect tickets with the help of service providers (inception partners)
  • Independently manage the service providers (inception partners, executing companies) through regular status meetings
  • Evaluate existing defects according to a catalog of defects
  • Check and approve service provider offers
  • Maintain the interface to the main contact partners Field Service and Property Management
  • Carry out sporadic site inspections to check the infrastructure

  • At least 5 years of professional experience, ideally in the telecommunications industry, steel or electrical trade
  • Completed vocational training or a comparable qualification
  • Broad knowledge in telecommunication technologies and deployment projects
  • Experience regarding infrastructure at mobile communications sites as well as in supplier- and project-management
  • Extensive knowledge in process management
  • Good analytical skills
  • Fluent German (C1) and (very) good English (B2) skills written and spoken
