Position: Working Student (m/f/d) Branding & Campaign Management
Duration: Minimum 1 Year
Location: Düsseldorf, Germany
Enrollment: You must be currently enrolled at a university

Your Role and Responsibilities:

As a Working Student (m/f/d) in Branding & Campaign Management, you will assist shaping our branding strategies and enhancing our company's reputation on the market.
Your tasks will include:

• Support marketing manager in campaign planning, implementation, content creation and analysis
• Assist in reporting on campaign performance and weekly activities
• Conduct frequent competitor comparisons
• Coordinate with external cooperation partners and METRO internal stakeholders
• Provide support with ad hoc tasks


• Currently enrolled as a student at a university, preferably within Marketing, Employer Branding, Human Resources or similar
• Strong passion for employer branding, content and genuine interest in talent acquisition
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content
• Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box
• Proactive and self-motivated with a strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Native in Dutch
• Proficiency in using social media platforms and basic knowledge of analytics tools
