We are looking for a Marketing Specialist (m/f/d), full-time (40h, initially limited to 1 year) for our Corporate Communications & Investor Relations team in Karlsruhe.
Your mission
- You are passionate about driving the strategy for marketing campaigns that represent Vulcan's brand identity and key messages across the business.
- You enjoy creating and managing relevant content and collateral for the website, blog, social media in English, German and French.
- You manage our brand hub, imagery and video coordination.
- You maintain and optimize the website including SEO analytics and reporting.
- You ensure that the social media strategy is continuously implemented and further developed.
- Also you are responsible for the intranet project and coordinate the content.
- You have an academic degree in marketing/communications, digital media or a comparable field.
- You have experience (at least 5 years) in running successful marketing campaigns across multiple online and offline communication channels.
- You are a team player with analytical skills and attention to detail.
- You are fit in dealing with key social media platforms and Wordpress.
- Your understanding of trends and your creativity enable you to react quickly to current developments with innovative ideas.
- You are fluent in English and have good German skills, French is a plus.
- Due to your excellent time and project management skills, you are able to keep track of things, even if you are involved in several projects at the same time.
- Flexible working hours as well as possibility for mobile working (possible on a daily basis by arrangement)
- 30 days vacation (based on a 5-day week)
