- Co-ordinate commercial and technical concepts into well rounded customer offering
- Develop baseline blueprints on commercial terms and technical modules
- Deploy scalable design, delivery, operations guidelines to be adopted by regional units
- Define go-to-market strategy(s) incl. segmentation, targeting and marketing campaigns
- Execute pilot projects and build on momentum to develop pipelines with regional units
- Create implementation plans with regional units based on MEP/MEC conditions and required capability build up
- Experienced technical sales with +5 years track record
- (Real Estate experience beneficial)
- Technical education in electrical, mechanical and/or building services engineering
- Strong project management experience
- Excellent networking abilities and cooperation across boarders and build strong internal and external relationships
- Fluent in English language (German language is a plus)
