RESPONSIBILITIES

The EN Supply Chain Team is driven by our vision: "We deliver. Passion for excellence in services". Ensuring the global supply of EN products to our customers and supporting EN's growth ambitions is our main focus.

  • In your position as Officer Customer Service, you are the main contact partner for satisfying customer demands and managing day to day operations.
  • You are responsible for order entry, first availability check and order validation using hands-free order processes as well as monitoring the open order status until delivery and managing the process of returning orders.
  • Furthermore, you provide relevant information for delivery and transportation according to BASF guidelines and Business Rules Management system.
  • You ensure consequent communication to the customer and diligent closing of the non-conformance case using the SAP QM system.
  • In addition, you ensure customer master data is up to date and contribute to data quality by regular reviewing relevant information for order management.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • completed commercial training, degree or comparable qualification in marketing and sales
  • relevant work experience in the field of marketing
  • familiar with standard IT applications as well as experience with E-Commerce and SAP
  • distinctive communication skills, ability to work in a team as well as a strong customer-orientation
  • profound knowledge of Spanish and good knowledge of English
