In Frankfurt, we are looking for you to join us in a full-time permanent position as
Graduate Global Markets (all genders) at Corporate & Institutional Banking

The graduate program offers a 12-month path that will provide you with a comprehensive understanding of our organization and valuable exposure to different areas within the bank:
- Induction and trainings in in London (start: July 1st)
- 12 months in the Structured Capital Markets (SCM) team of Global Markets while contributing to the development and origination of transactions (cross-border financing transactions and other structured solutions) for clients of the bank (Corporates and Institutionals) together with the other team members in the various locations (Paris, London, Sao Paulo, Hong Kong).
- Grow personally and professionally while assisting in the implementation (marketing, internal approval, modelling, booking) of structured financing and hedging transactions which have been originated.

Tasks & Responsibilities: What awaits you
- Develop, originate, structure and implement SCM solutions for clients of the Bank with a primary focus on German/Austrian/Swiss/Nordic clients and their worldwide subsidiaries mainly in emerging markets in LATAM and APAC
- Contribute to the overall objectives and the success of the SCM global team through a regular communication with other SCM colleagues and through a good cooperation and team spirit
- As far as origination is concerned, work closely with Coverage and Global Markets sales teams as well as with trading and other structuring desks to identify further business opportunities
- Being part of a highly motivated and experienced team with direct client contact in an international context
Expertise & Soft Skills: What you offer
- A bachelor or master's degree in finance, economics or accounting or similar field of study
- Good knowledge of the corporate banking environment especially within Global Markets via a previous internship or work experience related to Global Markets
- Attention to details with a solid analytical and project management skills, able to understand the clients individual situation and ability to develop customized solutions
- Perspective and sense of priority and strategy, matching the clients' and the bank interests
- Business appetite with an acute sense of risk and energy
- Flexibility and eagerness to improve your own performance
- Results driven team player abilities with a can do attitude
- Being fluent in English and advanced language skills in German
