  • Support Media & Partnerships Manager in growing OOH media business and maximizing revenues (including account management of media partners)
  • Drive direct sales for Westfield Rise non-contracted media products
  • Collaborate to deliver optimal packages for brands, agencies, and retailers
  • Operate and enhance Westfield Rise media portfolio
  • Provide financial reporting and forecasting
  • Implement data-led media strategy for growth
  • Identify sales opportunities for wider partnerships
  • Foster relationships with clients, media, and agencies
  • Innovate in shopping center media concepts
  • Liaise to seek new revenue assets and enhance customer experience
  • Collaborate regionally for new product opportunities
  • Conduct market research for industry insights

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in integrated media, sponsorship, or partnerships preferably within an agency environment
  • Strong sales skills with knowledge of OOH media market and global industry trends
  • Proven track record in media sales, preferably at a national level
  • Ability to challenge the status quo and provide innovative opportunities
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage senior stakeholders and collaborate effectively
  • Willingness to travel and adapt to changing environments
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented
  • Team player with excellent networking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft programs and Adobe
