For our HR team, which is located in Schweinfurt (Bavaria), we are looking for a Teamleader / Manager Human Resources (m/f/d) with immediate effect.


The Teamleader or Manager Human Resources (m/w/d) is responsible for delivering quality HR programs and services to the European organization. The position holder is responsible for providing strategic and operational services and advice across all facets of HR including workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, salary review, engagement, recognition, talent management and learning & development.

  • Be proximate to the business – both leaders / managers and employees, in order to understand their issues and prepare HR actions to address them
  • Recruit the right talents for the company and support on all aspects of hiring (employer branding, working contracts, etc.)
  • Engage with the business on workforce planning and development including talent management and succession planning
  • Understand and prioritise business needs, and translate them into HR actions
  • Implement HR actions according to the strategy and needs of the company
  • Support management on all HR related issues, policies and processes as well as on labor law questions
  • Coach and support managers to develop their teams through capability uplift and engagement,
  • Prepare & manage the annual People Review, surveys, including development plans and ensure feedback to individuals
  • Support certifications for the organization according to the HR policies and actions
  • Lead the continuous improvement and enhancement of HR services to improve outcomes for the business and ensure compliance

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or in a relevant Human Resources technical discipline,
  • 8-10 years related experience in Human Resources, preferable in the bearing industry
  • In-depth knowledge of HR solutions and tools
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to translate concepts into workable solutions
  • Strong verbal, writing & presentation skills in German and in English
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Personality traits that include integrity, tenacity, perseverance, empathy and a can-do, positive attitude
  • Solid communication skills (both written/verbal) in German and English
