  • Administration of personnel data in SAP/HR and Workday and ensure data consistency.

  • Ensure monthly payments and the administrative and social operations of Human Resources, according to legal requirements and Amadeus policies

  • Process and verify all payroll transactions for salaried and shift employees

  • Pre- and post-payroll administration

  • Expertise and advice for payroll, tax social security or insurance related topics

  • Collaborate with social security and other official authorities

  • Collaborate with internal areas like People & Culture teams & Accounting

  • Create regular payroll reports and ad hoc special reports (SAP queries)

  • Data analysis with Excel

  • Company pension insurance reporting


Know How / Skills

  • Passion for data, details, international collaboration

  • Very good communications skills in German – oral and written

  • English good language skills

  • Independent work style, you will be responsible for a defined employee group

  • Great team-player and ability to work under pressure.

  • SAP/HR and/or Workday proficient knowledge desirable

  • Good Excel skills

  • Good knowledge of social security law and tax law

  • Experience with company pension schemes and salary conversation

  • General interest in HRIS systems

Qualification (School, university, equivalent, etc.)

  • University Degree in business administration or equivalent education e.g. Tax Consultant (Steuerfachangestellter/ Steuerfachwirt (m/f/d) or comparable experience as Payroll responsible.

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in payroll, preferably in an international environment.
