We, at ARCWARE GmbH, are a high-potential startup dedicated to providing customers and partners with a platform for implementing interactive, 3-dimensional, and photorealistic product visualizations. With the ARCWARE CLOUD-RT, we make it possible to bring these interactive product experiences to key sales and marketing channels, the web, mobile devices, and point of sale locations.

Furthermore, we enable the centralized management of 3D applications and product as well as material catalogs of our clients, including 3D visualizations. Additionally, our cloud platform offers the capability to implement product configurators, covering comprehensive product functionality and various product options, along with providing diverse functionalities. Moreover, integrations with and into existing applications such as webshops, CMS, ERP, PIM, and others are possible.

Are you a motivated and ambitious individual with a passion for sales and revenue growth? Arcware is seeking a Junior Sales Manager to work closely with our senior sales team, learning the basics, building relationships with potential customers, and helping us expand our customer base.


  • Identifying and engaging potential customers who fit our target audience
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and address evolving needs
  • Skillfully negotiating contracts with potential customers to meet their requirements
  • Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to generate additional revenue
  • Identifying and acquiring key accounts critical to company growth
  • Providing regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market analysis to inform strategic decisions

  • Minimum 1-2 years of sales management experience, particularly in IT companies
  • Strong IT background, with knowledge of SaaS and familiarity with Unreal Engine is a plus
  • Fluency in English is a must, proficiency in German strongly preferred, Spanish or French is a plus
  • Comfortable with CRM softwareKeen interest in the software industry
  • Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management.
