As a Senior Sales Manager (m/f/d) you will be responsible for our national and international customer relations and, through your acquisition strength, you will open up new contractual partners to achieve our sales targets.   • Striv­ing to achieve the goals aligned with­in the busi­ness sec­tor pre­ci­sion op­tics
  • Ex­pand­ing our cus­tom­er net­work, main­tain­ing ex­ist­ing cus­tom­er re­la­tion­ships and act­ively de­vel­op­ing them in­to long-term part­ner­ships
  • Ex­ecut­ing our sales strategy
  • Sup­port­ing and work­ing closely to­geth­er with our di­vi­sion managers, product man­age­ment and R&D with re­gard to all 4P mar­ket­ing activ­it­ies in­clud­ing product lifecycle man­age­ment
  • Con­stantly mon­it­or­ing mar­ket de­vel­op­ments and trends and as­sur­ing in­put in­to the or­gan­iz­a­tion (e.g. product man­age­ment or R&D)

  • Suc­cess­fully com­pleted sci­entif­ic or tech­nic­al de­gree, e.g. in phys­ics, ma­ter­i­als sci­ence, mech­an­ic­al en­gin­eer­ing or sim­il­ar
  • Ex­per­i­ence in sales, product man­age­ment, R&D or pro­cess en­gin­eer­ing
  • Ideally proven track re­cord of suc­cess­ful busi­ness de­vel­op­ment, rev­en­ue in­crease and gain of mar­ket share
  • Good un­der­stand­ing in va­cu­um and thin film coat­ing tech­no­logy and/or op­tics
  • Flu­ent in busi­ness Eng­lish; know­ledge of Ger­man beneficial
  • Trust­worthy, con­vin­cing and loy­al per­son with a high goal ori­ent­a­tion
  • Strong cus­tom­er and mar­ket fo­cus and willingness to go the ex­tra mile
