A platform with strong local teams on the ground in all its core Western and Eastern European markets: RP Global is a large-scale developer with 35+ years of experience in the renewable energy sector. As a developer, operator and investor, the company focuses on solar PV, wind, hydro and storage. Currently, RP Global is developing a pipeline of >10 GW(p). The company's headquarters are in Vienna, Austria and Madrid, Spain. The team is growing and is looking for support.


  • Providing technical information, cost and energy production estimations to the Financial Department for Financial Models
  • Supporting the Financial Department in technical aspects of due diligences conducted by financial advisors
  • Participating in the procurement process via:
    • Supporting the tendering process of wind turbine generators and other main components (e.g. power transformers)
    • Compiling requests for proposals
    • Analyzing offers and negotiating related supply and service contracts
  • Supporting the local teams in the RP Global markets in the development, implementation and technical operation management of wind farm projects
  • Reviewing third-party expertise such as energy yield assessments, soil studies other technical studies that might be required in the course of a project development
  • Assessing wind farm layouts, Bill of Quantities and conceptual civil and electrical designs for wind farms
  • Supervising the company-wide wind measurement program, close cooperation with wind and energy yield assessment experts
  • Preparing monthly met mast reports


  • Technical university degree with focus on engineering (i.e. electrical, mechanical or ecological engineering)
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in the wind industry
  • Experience in project management processes
  • International working experience is an advantage
  • Good MS Office and MS Project skills, knowledge of WindPRO software package, basic CAD skills are an asset
  • Perfect English skills are mandatory, Spanish, Italian, French, or any other Eastern European language would be considered as an advantage
