What you can expect from us:
• A personalized program of 18 to 24 months with selectable rotations in exciting Marketing functions such as
• Product Management
• Campaign Management
• Regional Marketing
• Research & Development
• Performance Channels
• Digital Sales & Experience
• Your concrete rotation plan will be aligned with you to best meet your interests and preferences.
• The possibility of spending 1 rotation abroad in one of our international subsidiaries (in the U.S. or Poland)
• Additionally, short-term assignments to interface relevant areas as Sales & Production
• Extensive on-the-job training and application of modern marketing management methodologies
• Responsibility for own projects
What you bring to the job:
• Master`s or bachelor's degree in molecular biology or Biochemistry
• First relevant practical experience in Marketing desirable, e.g. through internships or working student activities
• Open-minded team player with a positive attitude
• Innovative thinker with a high sense of customer orientation
• Enthusiastic learner
• Ambitious, flexible and initiative taking personality
• Strong communication skills in English
