Reporting directly to the HR Manager Plant, you'll be the trusted first point of contact for HR-related inquiries for approximately 300 employees at our site near Koblenz. Alongside supporting their well-being and development, you'll have the chance to:

  • Partner with business teams on various HR initiatives, including recruitment, performance management, organizational development, and change management.
  • Empower managers by translating data into actionable plans and providing them with tools and knowledge to effectively lead their teams.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and collective agreements by serving as a subject matter expert on HR policies and programs.
  • Collaborate closely with the Plant Manager, department managers, and the Global HR team to drive local and strategic HR initiatives.

  • Bachelor's degree or a 3-year commercial education with experience in HR (generalist or specific).
  • 3-4 years work experience, gained in an industrial environment is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of German labor and tariff law as well as collective agreements (M&E environment).
  • Strong initiative, self-motivation, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in German and English, written and spoken.
  • Experience with HRIS systems like SuccessFactors is beneficial.
