Führung und Weiterentwicklung eines motivierten Teams von 2-3 Mitarbeiter:innen Mitgestaltung und Vorantreiben strategischer, teamübergreifender Themen innerhalb der Abteilung Unterstützung bei der Optimierung von nationalen und internationalen Einkaufsprozessen (Ausschreibungen, Verhandlungen, Vertragsmanagement) Unterstützung bei der Quartalsplanung und Kommunikation mit dem Senior Management Unterstützung bei der Finanzplanung innerhalb der Abteilung Positionierung als Schnittstellenrolle zu relevanten Stabsstellen der Gesamtorganisation Dein Profil Was du mitbringen solltest. Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbares Feld Analytisches und konzeptionelles Denkvermögen Fähigkeit, effektiv mit verschiedenen Hierarchieebenen zu kommunizieren Beratungsexpertise und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Tatsachen und Ergebnisse klar, strukturiert und logisch nachvollziehbar aufzubereiten und zu präsentieren Eigeninitiative und Freude an internationaler Zusammenarbeit Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse Was wünschenswert ist.
