As an automotive supplier, DENSO is leading in developing and providing components and systems for heating, air conditioning, motor cooling, exhaust gas aftertreatment, automotive electrics and electronics and instrumentation.


We are looking for a motivated Human Resources Business Partner (m/f/d) to join our HR team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in attracting, guiding, and promoting employees. As the initial point of contact for both employees and executives, you will provide advice and support on various HR matters.

Your main tasks will include:

  • Resourcing: In the employee life cycle, it all begins here! By aligning job profiles and requirements with designated departments, creating individual job openings both in German and English language, screening job applications, conducting interviews with applicants, and ultimately negotiating and creating employment contracts, you will ensure successful hiring of the right person for the right job. You will also collaborate with recruitment agencies and external consultants and occasionally attend recruitment fairs.
  • Onboarding: Once our new colleagues start their journey at DENSO, you will host our integration day and conduct feedback meetings to ensure their smooth integration.
  • Employee development and performance: Our talents need your support in finding their path. You will administer and organize inhouse or external training activities, monitor the annual performance review and promotion processes, and provide advice to employees regarding their career progression.
  • Employee care and management support: For special requests and situations, your empathetic and open approach will be invaluable. This task includes but is not limited to handling part-time and parental leave contracts and supporting organizational changes.
  • Offboarding: You will assist colleagues who decide to end their journey with us by conducting exit interviews and managing all details related to the end of their working contract.

  • Completed degree in Business Administration / Psychology with a focus on Human Resources / Personnel Management or completed commercial training with further education as a Personnel Specialist;
  • 3+ years of experience as a Human Resources Business Partner in an international environment;
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, coupled with a profound knowledge of German labor law;
  • Empathetic and positive attitude, open to change and always willing to assist;
  • Keen attention to detail, driven by customer satisfaction and quality;
  • Enthusiasm for achieving results, with a strong sense of ownership;
  • Thriving in a collaborative team environment;
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and German;
  • Proficient in O365 apps.
