Working Student (f/m/d) Business Process Management


  • As an Working Student (f/m/d) in Business Process Management, you will be part of the KION Group's largest transformation program and will support strategic change processes
  • You will support the Business Process Management team in the planning and implementation of target group-specific measures, as well as in general administrative tasks relating to daily business
  • You organise meetings, actively help prepare them and create PowerPoint presentations, Excel lists and Miro boards
  • You monitor deadlines and milestones, prepare status reports, track due dates and document the project progress accordingly
  • You work together with the responsible departments in different organisations of the KION Group and coordinate directly with them

  • You study Business Administration, Project/ Process Management or something comparable, have successfully completed at least the 3rd semester and would now like to complete a mandatory internship
  • Initial practical experience in process management is a plus
  • You are an organisational talent and have strong communication skills
  • You have an independent and structures way of working, high willingsness to learn and are open-minded
  • You are experienced in using PowerPoint and the MS Office tool landscape
  • You communicate confidently in both written and spoken English
