  • Serve as regional point of contact to our global product organization for all product strategy related topics to ensure our products comply with the needs of the Europe market.
  • Formulate product strategies including but not limited to product market entry, go-to-market (GTM) promotion strategy, product marketing strategy etc.
  • Craft functional selling points specific to each country, leveraging insights from the competitive landscape, industry trends, and European solar market demands.
  • Presenting product selling points and technical solutions to target customers, and effectively converting their needs into technical requirements for our domestic R&D team.
  • Roll-out regional product tool kits to support product expert in each of the country so they are up to date on products advantages and can immediately use to share product USPs to our channel partners, such as distributors, installers, C&I clienteles etc.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (sales, marketing, supply chain, and technical services) to distill their insights into clear product requirements, aligning them with product promotion strategy.
  • Stay abreast of industry policies (energy and subsidy policies, etc.), using this insight to refine targeted product strategies or enhance the development of regional products.
  • Conduct customer training sessions both face-to-face and online, while overseeing the creation and management of regional technical and marketing documentation.

  • Relevant years of experience working in a product marketing role for the European region.
  • Experience in photovoltaic module inverter, box transformer, power station communication, and energy storage industry is preferred but not a must
  • Excellent command of English, any other European language or Chinese is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, good at inter-departmental cooperation.
  • Preferably with leadership experience or strong cross-team collaboration.
  • Able to work under pressure, has a strong sense of responsibility and executive ability.
  • Flexible in traveling abroad to support different markets and do presentations at conferences.
