  • you will be responsible for the technical integrity of the Mask Verification product group, ensuring the performance of our solutions both at delivery and over the lifecycle at the customer

  • as a member of the lead systems engineering team and the agile product core team, you will identify performance trends and potential development topics, coordinate them from a technical perspective as part of the product owner team and steer them into the product team

  • you support product management with customer escalations and transfer potentially unclear situations confidently into structured work packages for prioritization and control in the team backlog, which you actively participate in

  • you develop test specifications and processes, balancing the requirements of service, development, production, system integration, quality and product management

  • you actively shape the interface between the respective sectors across disciplines and teams

  • you represent the solutions to our internal and external customers

  • for your product group, you will contribute to the technology roadmap on a horizon of 3-5 year and help shape the priorities for technology pre-development


  • a successfully completed university degree in engineering or science

  • comprehensive experience in the development, setup or application of optical metrology, especially in the field of semiconductor technology

  • very good analytical skills and the ability to structure even complex (customer) situations, to balance the interests of different stakeholders and to transform them into a common approach

  • excellent knowledge of systems engineering methods in the field of semiconductor technology and/or mechanical engineering

  • high understanding and enthusiasm for the interaction of service, system integration, module / system testing and product quality

  • convincing appearance towards external and internal partners, negotiating skills as well as strong communication and teamwork skills

  • business fluent in German and English
