  • All figures come together at our team so that we create the financial backbone for the Bosch Home Comfort Group.
  • As business partner in our divisional controlling you are responsible for our AI-generated forecast data and actively work in our central controlling processes (e.g. business plan, monthly reporting).
  • Furthermore, you drive process improvements as well as the optimization of central controlling processes.
  • Also, you work autonomously with colleagues, internal stakeholders and teams from different countries, hierarchy levels as well as functional areas.
  • Finally, you will be part of a highly motivated and dynamic team which strives to support the growth of Bosch Home Comfort as well as to optimize financial results.

  • Education: degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance or comparable
  • Experience and Knowledge: several years of professional experience in plant controlling, central controlling or business unit controlling is preferred
  • Personality: quick perception and logical thinking, dedicated, flexible, assertive as well as responsible teamplayer, self-confident with good communication skills across all hierarchy levels and different target audiences
  • Working Practice: conceptual, analytical, self-reliant working and solution-oriented
  • Languages: fluent in English, other languages, especially German, are a plus
