You will be responsible for the sourcing, acquisition and onboarding of external partners whose collections and ranges will be sold in our international online shops. We make the initial contact with brands and retailers, draft contracts and prepare and manage our integration projects from signing to Go-Live.

As part of the Partner Integration Team, you present and create the partner models and work closely with various internal stakeholders throughout the entire process. We aim for the shared goal of shaping one of the largest online-fashion-players in Europe. Interested in the job? Then apply now.

As Sales Manager Partner Models (m/f/d) you will be the first point of contact for brands and retailers interested in collaborating with ABOUT YOU. You will ensure that the best operating model is chosen and that all the information needed to best evaluate a partnership is obtained. You will also be in charge of negotiating our terms, drawing up contracts with partners and ensuring that they are ready to be onboarded to the platform.


  • Build a deep understanding of ABOUT YOU's Partner Models and promote them to brands and retailers
  • Proactively approach new leads and lead sources for our partner models
  • Manage incoming leads, organize the sales funnel and maximize opportunities
  • Full responsibility for negotiating and signing contracts
  • Prepare partners commercially for the technical onboarding phase
  • Optimize processes along the sales funnel while building strong relationships with partners and ensuring a smooth experience
  • Work closely with integration managers and technical service providers

  • University degree above average in business management or a similar field
  • Minimum 1-2 years practical experience in Sales
  • Advanced analytical skills and distinctive understanding of numbers
  • Quick perception and structured working methods
  • Ability to process, communicate and present complex topics in a comprehensible way
  • Profound negotiation skills with external stakeholders
  • Solution-oriented way of working
  • Proficient with MS Office (especially Excel & Power Point)
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills
