  • You will be part of a diverse team and be accompanied by an experienced mentor, that will help you to open doors, so that you can grow professionally and personally.
  • During four placements (two of which abroad) that are individually tailored to your profile, you will establish an international network and get in-depth insights into projects, strategies and culture.
  • Short-term placements within Production, Dealerships and Customer Service will help you expand your holistic view while seeing the world with the eyes of our customers.
  • You have the possibility to take part in networking events, that allow you to connect with like-minded professionals, and in addition join specialised courses at our training academy.

What topics can you expect?

  • You will dive into one specific area within the BMW Group. Together with you, we will select the field of work which suits you best. Fields such as (Strategic) Purchasing, Supplier Network or Quality Management are waiting for you.
  • You will become part of an experienced and passionate team with a family-like atmosphere that offers you deep insights into the whole supply chain.
  • Taking responsibility as of day one, you will be dealing with a wide range of tasks around innovative technologies shaping the future of sustainable mobility with your team.
  • Again, depending on your personal background, you will work on complex purchasing and quality topics in areas such as Digitalisation, Cost Engineering, Sustainability and Supplier or Quality Management for Indirect Goods and Services, E-Mobility, Interior/Exterior, or a similar technology cluster.

  • An above-average degree in Industrial, Electrical or Business Engineering, Economics, Software Engineering, E-Mobility, Material Science or similar.
  • Six months of relevant practical experience in an environment close to one of the working areas above.
  • At least four months of studying, working or travelling abroad.
