Are you an experienced procurement professional looking for a new challenge? We are currently seeking a Senior Procurement Category Manager to join our team and lead our procurement strategy to the next level. Join our dynamic team of procurement experts in the Indirect Procurement organization and work in a collaborative environment where your skills and expertise will be valued and appreciated.


  • You develop and enhance sourcing strategies and implement strategic interventions in your designated categories.
  • You create and implement processes and tools to support sourcing activities across global teams and countries in your category.
  • You collaborate with business stakeholders to align category strategies and projects.
  • You maintain and utilize necessary systems and technology to streamline sourcing processes.
  • You introduce new tools and processes to simplify and optimize sourcing efforts.
  • You continuously improve procurement skills and stay up-to-date with best practices through ongoing training and development.

  • Min 5 years of relevant experience in the procurement categories Marketing and/or Travel & MICE, the business travel or marketing industry.
  • Proven experience working in an international environment and matrix organizations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with fluency being a requirement. Proficiency in German is an asset.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage stakeholders, including business leaders both internally and externally.
  • Experience in defining, communicating, implementing, and monitoring projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Travel, Business, or a related field.
