Program Manager (m/f/d) 8211; Core Customer EUROJET Turbo GmbH is the international management consortium for the Turbofan EJ200 engine developed for Europe s largest joint military aircraft programme, the Eurofighter Typhoon. More than 1,000 engines are already in service. Four leading engine manufacturers from the UK, Germany, Italy and Spain have contributed to the success with their respective core competencies. The main customer is the NATO agency NETMA, with which most industrial contracts for the provision of the EJ200 are concluded for the respective main customer nations. Military export customers currently include five other national air forces. Partnership is the underlying principle of the whole programme and EUROJET manages its partnership from its headquarters near Munich Airport in Germany. We are looking for a Program Manager (m/f/d) in Hallbergmoos near Munich Airport as soon as possible. Fixed term contract for up to two years. Tasks amp; accountabilities Interface with the relevant programme team members, shareholders and all EUROJET functions to ensure proper planning, monitoring, control and risk management of the overall programme to achieve contract deliverables and achieve customer satisfaction Perform daily interface activities with the relevant shareholders and relevant team members to ensure smooth information and planning to achieve contract deliverables Perform programme management activities ensuring management and execution of the contractual deliverables Focal point for reporting about contracts deliverables Preparation and integration of programme reports and performance monitors as required Integrated Project team (IPT) lead ensuring proper team and activities integration Customer negotiations in coordination with internal departments for the establishment of contract related activities Required skills University degree in an engineering, technical or business field Minimum 3 years of experience in an upper-management role in programme management Ability to create and lead cross functional teams in support of delegated activities Excellent communication skill; including interpersonal communication across all levels, multiple groups and to different stakeholders Very good negotiation, analytical and influencing skills Ability to analyse and solve complex problems Ability of prioritising, resolving conflicts and building and maintaining effective relationships Demonstrated experience of using problem analysis tools, solving techniques and risk analysis High fluency in English language, both written and verbal Experience in the aerospace or defence industry is a plus Experience of working within a multicultural or international collaboration is a plus Willingness to obtain a NATO security clearance For contractual reasons, the job advertisement is restricted to NATO nationals and NATO-equivalent nationals We offer An attractive, international working environment with challenging tasks and the opportunity for professional development A collaborative and welcoming team Attractive salary and pension scheme 30 days 8217; holiday and flexible working hours Opportunity to work remotely Health and sports programmes Contact Nina Rischmüller 8211; Human Resources EUROJET Turbo GmbH Lilienthalstr. 2b 85399 Hallbergmoos E-Mail:
