To accomplish our mission, we are looking for a Job Program Manager (m/f/d) in Düsseldorf. In this role you will be part of our Marketing EMEA department and responsible for a core market within an international team with passionate marketplace and digital experts.

  • End-to-End responsibility for the continuous success of the growth programs of our jobs for the biggest market at Stepstone
  • Identify, growth opportunities, using data, to actively grow the marketplace from the supply (Jobs) side of our business
  • Develop, and implement strategies, using data, to actively grow the marketplace and fill white spots supporting the commercial side of the business with new opportunities
  • Forecast and Plan your own programs from a project management and marketplace business targets perspective
  • Monitor and manage performance of your own programs, drive conclusions and adapt performance management in collaboration with your team colleagues
  • Strong collaboration and alignment with the commercial side of our business as well as Tech-Teams, Marketing, Analytics, Sales and Customer Service

  • 3+ years of experience in online marketplace or ecommerce, in a growth-oriented or strategic management role, or related areas in a project management role
  • Completed studies, ideally in management, marketing, economics or related field
  • You understand dependencies of a marketplace between supply and demand side metrics, like traffic, conversion rate, yield
  • You bring an affinity for numbers and strong analytical skills, and pair this with an understanding of business economics and the ability to find creative solutions
  • You feel comfortable working in a matrix organization, having the competence and credibility to influence strategic decision making at all levels
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, able to work independently, pro-active, self-reflective and an assertive team player that allows you to grow in a fast-paced environment
  • You work in a structured way and have strong communication skills
  • Fluent in English and German with excellent oral and written communication skills
