Business Manager (m/w/d)

Location: Soest


  • Grow existing accounts and solicit new business by executing the sales strategy in the area Data Center Business
  • Develop business level partnerships with key accounts and present product and system solutions to customers
  • Analyze customers and market conditions to provide management with data about trends, competitive offerings, pricing, special programs, business strategies, product roadmap and development activities
  • Assist in coordination, monitoring, and managing of inventory and production planning to meet the forecast and demand per key account
  • Support cross-selling activities
  • Develop and encourage a clear and open style of communication and be the interface between customers and Project Team

  • Degree in electrical or business administration (Bachelor / Master)
  • Minimum 5 years of sales and/or project management experience
  • Work experience in an international company
  • Able to discuss and transfer commercial details both with customer and business group
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and German
  • Willingness for international business trips
