What you can expect in this role
- Monitor and steer performance campaign across Google, Microsoft, Criteo and App stores towards our company goals
- Testing enthusiastic! You keep yourself updated on latest trends and developments and love to propose and design A/B testings
- Create reports from different sources like GAds and GA4 when working internally or with other stakeholders
- Develop strategies based on the company goals and market development
- Analyze competitors and trends while working with the team on leveraging data and identify opportunities and threats
- Analyze user behavior: monitor engagement and conversions metrics in GA4 to expand or adjust our performance campaigns
- Desirable degree in business, marketing, or similar
- Several years of experience in performance marketing with focus on search and display
- Creative and willing to continuously test
- Knowledge of paid social media like Meta and Tiktok is a plus
- Enjoy working on a dynamic team acting as a team-player!
- Solid spoken & written German (at least B2+) & English skills. French and/or Spanish languages are always a plus
