ERP Platform Specialist (m/f/d)
- Configure and maintain the IFS ERP system, including user access, security settings, and permissions.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system resources.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate the ERP system with other business applications.
- Provide technical support to end-users, addressing their queries and resolving issues related to the ERP system.
- Conduct training sessions for new users and ongoing training for existing users.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity within the ERP system.
- Manage data backups and disaster recovery procedures.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation using the ERP system.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to enhance system functionality.
- Maintain system documentation, including user manuals, configuration guides, and standard operating procedures.
- Generate reports and analytics from the ERP system to support decision-making.

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related experience.
- PL/SQL knowledge.
- Proven experience as an ERP Administrator, preferably with IFS ERP.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems, database management, and system administration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
- Experience working in a human or pet health laboratory environment or with laboratory data is a huge plus.
