As a Software Engineer with a focus on Build and Deployment, you will contribute to the advancement of healthcare by creating next-generation medical devices. This involves optimizing software development processes and collaborating with the DevOps team to enhance our CI/CD system. Your work will ensure efficient software builds and the development of innovative product features.

In the context of software build and deployment, your role as a Software Engineer is essential for implementing and streamlining our software development processes

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining our CI/CD system to automate our software build, test, and deployment processes

Collaborating closely with the DevOps team, you will evaluate, implement, and improve our software packaging system, ensuring efficient and reliable software builds

As a part of the software development team, your tasks will also include implementing new functions and features for our innovative products

You will support, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to build and deployment

A university degree in computer science, software engineering, electronics, or a related field
-
A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in software development, DevOps, or build and deployment processes

Strong knowledge in C++ 11/14/17

Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS

Experience with CI/CD systems and (deployment) build pipelines

Preferable experience with CMake and Conan or comparable build and packaging mechanisms

Excellent and structured communication skills, with a preference for teamwork

Passion for problem-solving and finding solutions

Proficient verbal and written skills in English, and preferably in German as well
