ensuring series supply for all MED locations in a specific product group for direct material
-
continuous price negotiations
-
development and implementation of procurement strategies in coordination with interfaces

monitoring supplier capacity and taking countermeasures
-
selection, qualification and support of suitable suppliers together with category management

quotation requests and comparison incl. TCO approach
-
escalation with suppliers in case of supply issues

development and reporting of purchasing-relevant KPIs
-
creation and triggering of orders and quantity contracts in and outside of SAP
-
participation in internal and external audits
-
participation in improving processes in serial purchasing

business trips national and international to suppliers and Zeiss locations
-
completed university degree (e.g. Bachelor) with min. 1 year purchasing experience or commercial education combined with at least 5 years of professional experience in purchasing
-
business in German and English fluent
-
another foreign language would be an advantage

negotiation skills

very good knowledge of SAP-MM

very good knowledge of MS Office purchasing experience with various direct or indirect goods/material

experience in contract negotiation
