As leadplant controller you play an important role in improving the competitiveness in our international manufacturing network. You create an impact by taking over responsibility in several important commercial tasks.
- Become part of our team and coordinate as well as present commercial evaluations for international localization decisions.
- You prepare and modernize plant benchmarks (on site and remote) including the recommendation for actions as well as presentation to top management.
- The planning of leadplant costs including the alignment with top management is also part of your work.
- Within the controller community, you transfer knowledge and support exchange.
- Finally, you develop new methods as well as tools in plant controlling.
- Education: completed commercial or technical university degree
- Experience and Knowledge: several years of professional experience in controlling and plant/product controlling
- Personality and Working Practice: teamplayer, structured, willing to take over responsibility, communicative with intercultural competence
- Languages: fluent in English and good in German (written and spoken)
