Expert:in für IT-Sicherheit, der/die dafür sorgt, dass unsere IT-Systeme und -Prozesse sicher und geschützt sind, egal ob in den Filialen, unseren Lagern, im Internet, in der Verwaltung oder bei der Datenanalyse Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unseren internationalen und nationalen Teams und Fachbereichen in zehn Ländern, um sicherzustellen, dass IT-Sicherheit in allen Projekten und Initiativen berücksichtigt wird Planung innovativer IT-Sicherheitslösungen zusammen mit anderen Fachbereichen, um unsere Systeme und Daten vor aktuellen und zukünftigen Bedrohungen zu schützen Kontinuierliche Überwachung und Bewertung der IT-Sicherheitsmaßnahmen im eigenen Aufgabenbereich, um sicherzustellen, dass sie den neuesten Standards und Best Practices entsprechen IT-Security-Ansprechpartner:in bei der Umsetzung und Durchführung von Recovery-Konzepten/-Übungen Unterstützung der Automatisierung/Standardisierung der für die IT-Sicherheit relevanten Prozesse (Security as Policy) Dein Profil Was du mitbringen solltest. Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt IT-Security Umfassende Kenntnisse im Bereich IT-Sicherheit, einschließlich aktueller Technologien, Standards und Best Practices (Fokus auf Microsoft und Azure) Erfahrung in der Integration von IT-Sicherheitslösungen und der Umsetzung von IT-Sicherheitsmaßnahmen Kenntnisse gängiger Normen und Vorschriften in Bezug auf IT-Sicherheit (ISO 27001, NIST 800, DSGVO etc.) sowie der Anforderungen und Sicherheitsmaßnahmen für KRITIS-Unternehmen Starke Kommunikations- und Überzeugungskraft Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse Was wünschenswert ist. Assuming responsibility in an IT security expert role who ensures that our IT systems and processes are secure and protected, whether in our stores, warehouses, administrative departments, online or when analysing data Working closely with our international and national teams and departments in ten countries to ensure that IT security is considered in all projects and initiatives Planning innovative IT security solutions together with other departments to protect our systems and data from current and future threats Continuously monitoring and evaluating IT security measures within your own area of responsibility to ensure that they comply with the latest standards and best practices Serving as the contact person for IT security for the implementation and realisation of recovery concepts/exercises Providing support for the automation/standardisation of processes relevant to IT security (security as policy) Your Profile What you bring with you. Successfully completed degree in computer science or comparable qualification with a focus on IT security Comprehensive knowledge of IT security, including current technologies, standards and best practices (focus on Microsoft and Azure) Experience in integrating IT security solutions and implementing IT security measures Knowledge of common rules and regulations relating to IT security (ISO 27001, NIST 800, GDPR etc.) as well as requirements and security measures for critical infrastructure companies (KRITIS) Strong communication and persuasion skills Very good command of English Desirable extras.
