Die TÜV SÜD Digital Service GmbH unterstützt TÜV SÜD mit digitaler Lösungskompetenz, um die digitale Transformation des Konzerns voranzutreiben. Ziel ist es, entsprechende Produkte und Dienstleistungen für bestehende und neue Geschäftsbereiche zu entwickeln.
- Consult in context of process digitalization initiatives including strategy, conception, identification of areas of improvement, design of new processes, implementation and monitoring the effectiveness
- Conduct thorough analysis and assessments of current digital processes, identifying KPIs, success metrics, trends and problems
- Provide expert advice on digital process improvement and optimization, including AI-based process re-engineering
- Support to conceptualize and implement process area service initiatives within TÜV SÜD globally
- Contribute to reference and demand creation for the process area consulting services in close collaboration with the Process Area Consulting Lead
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of digital solutions into existing business operations and close collaboration with our AI innovation consultant
- Master in business administration, IT or computer science or a comparable qualification
- At least three years of proven experience in digital process consulting with a track record of successful process optimization and automation
- Excellent knowledge of process consulting concepts and methods, proven practices and leading technology solutions in general and for the respective process domain in particular
- Strong understanding of digital technologies and business process management
- Certifications in relevant digital process management tools and methods are desirable
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and provide innovative solutions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English and German
