Welcome to a Role That Matters:
As the Site Digital Technology Lead, you will serve as the representative for Global Animal Health Manufacturing IT (GAHM IT) on the site Leadership team in Friesoythe. This critical role involves steering our Digital Manufacturing strategy, ensuring seamless operations, supply chain efficiency, and quality across the entire spectrum of our operations. You'll play a key role in supporting and delivering reliable, compliant supplies of life-changing medicines and vaccines.
Site Digital Technology Lead (f/m/d)
- Full Accountability: Oversee all Digital Technology operations at the site, ensuring compliance with regulatory, safety, cyber-security, business continuity, and financial requirements.
- Leadership Excellence: Lead the digital technology team in Friesoythe, fostering an environment of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Strategic Leadership: Participate in the development of the Site Strategy and long-term Business Development Plan, providing visionary leadership in Digital Technology Strategy.
- Transformational Drive: Spearhead transformational change, continuous technological improvement, and innovation at the site, ensuring successful implementation of Digital Technology projects.
- Global Collaboration: Build bridges and shared understanding between local and global IT/OT teams, acting as the IT Single Point of Contact for the site.
- Compliance Assurance* Ensure SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) and CSV (Computer System Validation) compliance according to our company guidelines, participating in regulatory audits of the site.
- Agile Leadership: Embrace and apply Agile principles to drive efficient and effective operations.
- Educational Prowess: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology/Science, Engineering, or related fields. MS or MBA preferred.
- Seasoned Expertise: 5-10 years of related IT and/or OT leadership experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or a similar domain.
- Digital Transformation Savvy: Proven experience with digital transformation in large organizations.
- Site Leadership: 4+ years of experience in a site IT/OT leader role or equivalent.
- Stakeholder Communication: Demonstrated ability to communicate with and manage senior stakeholders, aligning the organization on complex technical decisions.
- Agile Mindset: Strong experience with Agile principles, adapting and leading in a rapidly changing landscape.
