YOU...
- develop a test program for the semiconductor testing industry
- support and work in close cooperation with Test Architects, Product Developers and Product Engineers
- develop test-concepts, test-programs and test-hardware based on the overall test strategy and according to the industrial requirements specification (IRS)
- are responsible for the reaching of test engineering related milestones
- are involved in digital test pattern conversions
- define and develop test methods and techniques
- are responsible for the development of production and characterization of hardware for automatic test equipment with high test coverage
- analyze the test data and report results to the design teams
YOU...
- achieved an academic degree in Electronic Engineering, Microelectronics, Computer Science or related discipline
- have expert knowledge in semiconductor testing domain and test program development
- bring relevant experience in semiconductor testing industry
- have hands-on experience in hardware development or load-board design
- might have proven experience as a technical project lead (strong benefit)
- speak English and maybe German
