  • Part of an international and multidisciplinary team that ensures the operation and further development of globally used analytical applications and platforms

  • Transfer process information from the business departments to data models and integrate and transform data from the respective source systems

  • Create new process models and further develop and support existing ones

  • Prepare and roll out standard analyzes in close cooperation with the business departments

  • Within the FIT4 program, support the establishment of transparency along the current process landscape Implement and further develop action flows in collaboration with the business units

  • Creating and supporting operational apps independently

  • Assume administrative duties for the ZEISS Celonis team

  • Test new functionalities of the Celonis intelligent business cloud and check how they can be used for ZEISS


  • An excellent degree in business informatics, computer science

  • IT-oriented business administration/VWL, mathematics, physics or a comparable education

  • keen interest in big data, data mining and process mining and want to keep developing analytical thinking skills

  • work structured, have a quick grasp and strong "hands-on" mentality

  • in-depth experience in at least one of the following business processes: Order 2 Cash, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables or Purchase to Pay

  • The ability to track process flows in SAP systems and a very good knowledge of SAP ERP and/or CRM data structures as well as SQL

  • already have extensive experience with Celonis Process Mining and/or Python

  • The ability to prepare and communicate complex connections in a user-friendly manner as well as very good English and German skills
