Was Sie erwartet: Accountability for all R&T project assigned to you and control acccounts Responsible for the cost, schedule and technical performance of R&T project assigned to you to ensure successful program execution Develop and monitor program baselines and performance, risk, opportunities, cost and schedule Define, secure, organize and budgets and schedule essential for the successful completion of all R&T projects assigned Develop good internal/external communication systems Ensure that R&T Project requirements, purposes, objectives and expectations are communicated and flowed- doen to the internal team and subcontractors Resolve conflicts, demands and priorities in assignes projects as needed Work unplannes program issues to a best solution Establish and maintain effective working relationships wirh engineering, operations, contracts, subcontracts, finance, security, staffing and procurement Was Sie mitbringen: The ideal candidate will possess leadership, analytical and problemsolving skills B.S / B.A. in Engineering, Science or Mathematics or equivalent 5-10 years of experience in the aerospace industry Experience managing innovative solutions to technical problems Experience working and managing multiple stakeholders relationships with Engineering, Operations, Integrates Supply Chain and Quality Demonstarted knowledge of, and experience implementing EVMS, Risk & Opportunity Management Business fluent in German and English As a junior program manager (m/f/d) at our well-known customer in the aerospace industry, you can expect exciting tasks, an attractive salary and an international working environment.
