In this key position, you will acquire new projects for our worldwide CDMO business in the field of biotechnology and contribute to the further growth of Richter-Helm BioLogics. Your tasks: Identify and acquire independently new customers and projects Develop strategic cooperations with current and new partners Contribute very actively to the BD and Marketing activities Prepare project calculations and offers (in cooperation with Controlling, Project Management and Operations) Negotiate and design new contracts Analyse markets and competitors Cooperate closely with Key Account Management and Project Management on follow-on projects Represent our company during customer visits, congresses and trade fair on an international level Market the strengths and unique selling points of Richter-Helm Your profile: Successfully completed life sciences studies (minimum Bachelor or equivalent) Several years of experience in business development in the field of a biotechnological CDMO with strong track record Good network in the (bio)pharmaceutical industry High technical understanding of the development and production of biopharmaceutical products as well as cross-divisional thinking Confident personality, strong communication skills Persuasiveness and excellent negotiation skills Excellent written and spoken German and English skills Readiness to travel (approx. 20%, including internationally) Our special characteristics: We attach importance to the compability of work and private life Our motivated and committed team always takes on new challenges We enable our partners to bring biopharmaceutical products to market in time and improve the lives and health of people If you want to join a steadily growing company, if you are looking for a pleasant working atmosphere and flat hierarchies, then become part of our team!
