TT-Line is one of the leading ferry companies in the Baltic Sea, using modern ferries between Germany, Poland, Lithuania and Sweden. TT-Line carries over 1,000,000 passengers and more than 500,000 freight units annually on its 4 routes, making it the market leader in southern Sweden traffic. TT-Line currently employs around 900 people on board and in the land offices in Travemünde, Rostock, Trelleborg, Karlshamn, Świnoujście / Szczecin and Klaipėda.
To strengthen our Passenger Department, we are looking at our headquarters in Travemünde as soon as possible for a:
(Junior) Online Marketing Manager (m/f/d)- Enhancing, developing, and executing online campaigns and initiatives for optimization
- Managing and evolving our Social Media Channels and E-Mail campaigns
- Budget planning and execution for digital marketing activities
- Assessing and reporting on the performance of online campaigns
- Engaging in result-driven agency management and fostering strategic online collaborations
- Leading projects independently across various departments
- Assisting in Search Engine Advertising (SEA) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) efforts
- Improving the end-to-end customer experience across diverse channels and marketing funnels
- Hold a degree in Business Administration with a specialization in online marketing or possess equivalent training / experience
- Demonstrate a strong interest in digital trends and advancements in online marketing
- Display creativity and expressiveness in work
- Proficient in both written and verbal communication in German and English
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage
- Proficient in website tracking tools such as Google Analytics and experienced in data and traffic analysis
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with a focus on achieving goals in a structured manner
- Willingness to travel
