Manager Sales Planning DtC Europe (m/f/d)
- Partner with the European DtC teams to develop and implement seasonal buying, sales and inventory targets by division / planning group which optimize sales and gross margin
- Prepare regular reports for cross functional partners in Sales, Merchandising and Finance to provide a detailed overview of business performance
- Provide highly accurate analysis to support data driven business decisions and identify risks and opportunities in season to provide actionable recommendations
- Lead, perform, develop further and consolidate sales plans in close collaboration with Merchandising and ensure on order / future projections align with current retail performance, optimizing sell through potential
- Minimum of 3 years working experience in Planning and Sales, preferably within the fashion and lifestyle industry
- E-Commerce and retail affinity, understanding of the respective environment and analytic tools
- Proven experience leading sales planning projects with outstanding attention to detail
- Advanced Excel skills as well as solid retail math skills in addition to open to buy and retail profitability understanding
- Self-motivated, flexible, able to prioritize multiple deadlines and independent with the ability to be a strong team player
- Excellent verbal and written English language skills, German language skills are advantageous
