Design, deploy and manage macOS endpoints, ensuring optimal performance and security for large-scale enterprise environment

Lead, implement and maintain Microsoft Intune configuration for macOS endpoint management and software distribution

Develop and maintain scripts to automate tasks, improve processes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams

Monitor and proactively address macOS endpoint-related incidents and performance issues to maintain a high level of service stability

Stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies in endpoint management, security and automation

Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering their professional growth and development in the field

Solid and proven experience with building and managing Intune
-
Solid and proven experience in managing macOS with MS Intune
-
Knowledge and experience with other management tools like JAMF
-
Have end user experience focused mindset

Have working experience in IT in a large-scale complex environment

Strong automation skills

Solid knowledge of different device management environments and their dependencies to other products

Experienced in coordinating and communicating complex tasks

Have working experience in operational technology harmonization

Excellent communication skills in English
