Your Role
- Maintenance of networks/ collaborations with application partners and key accounts
- Screening of the market (sub)segment with regard to application trends and new customer requirements
- Support of MRD development through requirement specification from the application perspective (job-to-be-done method)
- Support and promotion of product development through specification of segment-specific application cases and their verification, among other things in the context of beta tests
- Training of sales on various methods for (sub)segment-specific target applications and workflows
- Preparation of application documents for product positioning and creation of segment-specific application content for sales and marketing materials
- Provision of Level 4 support services in sales and strategic customer support.
- Training of sales and demo labs (on the most well-known methods of the instrument in the respective segment and best practices)
- Creation of reports on application trends; job-to-be-done descriptions and application cases for MRD and beta tests

Natural science university degree (Master, doctoral thesis) related to the supervised (sub)sector, ideally further experience as post-doctoral student with relevant microscopy applications or corresponding industry experience

Very good communication and presentation skills in German and English
