Then join our People & Culture (People & Culture - our HR function) Business Partner Network Switzerland – Austria for 10 to 12 months, based in Rotkreuz.

 What we are looking for:

  • You are currently enrolled as a student or have recently graduated (within the last 12 months) in Business Administration, Organizational psychology or a similar field

  • You are a curious and creative mind and rethink ways of working and enjoy developing innovative solutions

  • You are a system-thinker and can easily connect the dots and develop pragmatic solutions for complex challenges

  • You have good organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills, can prioritize and can easily coordinate events and ensure right logistics

  • You are a team player who is highly collaborative in a diverse team, participative, autonomous with strong sense of responsibility 

  • You demonstrate a high motivation with a positive can-do attitude

  • You are passionate about learning and development

  • You are a great communicator and can capture and simplify complex topics in a customer-orientated way

  • You enjoy working in a global, diverse and dynamic environment

  • First work experience in People & Culture and in an international environment is a plus

  • Fluency in English and good level of German are required


Workload: 100%
Duration: 10-12 months

Due to regulations non-EU/EFTA citizens must provide a certificate from the university stating that an internship is mandatory as part of the application
