Internship in Digital Technologies for Open Innovation & Data Academy, Rotkreuz, Switzerland

With our Digital and Data Academy, we help our employees make Digital and Data Science part of their native language. Thus, we offer a comprehensive learning landscape, enabling individuals and teams to adopt future skills that are key for their business.
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, young person to join our team. Support us in supporting and organizing events and supporting digital new approaches. Make a contribution by bringing in and implementing your own ideas to help our organization to develop its full innovation capabilities.

Your key responsibilities: 

  • Coordinate, manage & support the organization of events and meetings

  • Support different website and content management

  • Support in the communication of our area & in diverse administrative and trainings tasks around Open Innovation

  • Participation in the organization of internal projects, hereby in particular responsibility to ensure a great experience in a virtual set-up

  • Interaction with different internal (Roche in Rotkreuz & basel) and external stakeholders (Universities, suppliers, etc.)

  • Digital & Data Academy: Interaction with training provider, participants , entire organization and coordination
      

Who you are:

  • You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor OR Master's program (or graduated within the last 12 months).

  • You have a strong organizational flair to manage different stakeholders with multiple interests to organize complex events.

  • You are passionate & experienced about existing & new digital approaches and web & Google tools

  • Flair for combining text and medias (pictures, videos)

  • Creative mind-set and ability to develop and drive ideas (Design Thinking)

  • Team player with a strong desire to experiment with agile new ways of working and acting in networks

  • Good verbal and written communication skills in German and English
