It is our proactive behaviors that create an environment at Roche in which all people are actively included – treated fairly and respectfully, have equal access to opportunities and resources, and can be themselves to have a true impact for the patient.

We know that diverse teams outperform homogeneous ones, but the benefits of diversity can only be realized if we create an atmosphere of inclusion too.
