 Mission StatementUSSOCOM's mission is to “Provide fully capable Special Operations Forces(SOF) to defend the United States and its interests and synchronize planningfor global operations against terrorist networks.” As a member of our team, youwill partner with SOF military and civilian members to directly support thismission by providing world-class Information Technology services and supportthat connect over 60,000 users around the world.

Shift work is required to supportoperations. The candidate chosen for this position will primarily work 12 hoursper day, 6 days per week on one of two daily shifts (days and evenings).
It is important to be available to work any shift/designated hours required toinclude nights, weekends and holidays.
Candidates for Web Administrator positions need a thorough understanding ofSharePoint and other IIS web technologies. They should be experienced indeploying and sustaining SharePoint web applications. Experience withfirewalls, intranets, domain name services (DNS), Active Directory (AD),servers, and the related hardware and software required to administer a websitealso required. Candidates should have in-depth SharePoint front-end experienceand ability to assist end-users with Tier-2 level issues. SharePoint farmadministration experience is preferable. Candidates must possess excellentcommunication and customer service skills and the ability to work well in ateam environment. Candidate must have advanced knowledge of using MicrosoftOffice Suite (2013/2016)

Typical Duties• Maintain, configure, customize, and manage enterprise SharePoint servicesand other IIS websites
• Implement & troubleshoot SharePoint-based workflows engines
• Perform site migrations using various migration methods such asbackups/restores, PowerShell site copies, and using third party migration tools
• Creating and analyzing reports on web activity, web page hit counts, trafficpatterns and similar performance metrics
• Monitoring Customer feedback and responding to inquiries
• Recommending upgrades to the network, server and related equipment, softwareand other relevant improvements
• Providing desktop support to end users by responding to requests fortechnical assistance
• Diagnosing and resolving technical hardware and software issues
• Applying patches and updates

• Managing useridentities, credentials and privileges on local servers
• Develop and maintain user and technical manuals and guidelines
• Implement new software products, tools, systems and upgrades
• Support users and stake-holders in the, development, and documentation ofbusiness requirements
• Ensure proactive engagement in Incident Management process, working withcross-functional teams to minimize the impact of web service outages



 Qualifications:Required Education: A.S, in Computer Science/MIS. Substitution of educationfor specialized experience acceptable for candidates that can demonstratestrong knowledge in SharePoint administration.

• DoDD 8570.01-M IAT II or higher

Essential Functions

Work Environment
• Work will be performed inside alarge facility. An inside environment may be a cubicle (considerations: closequarters, low to moderate noise, bright or dim lighting). Outside work mayinclude various environmental conditions including hot, dusty, cold, icy andwindy climates.
• Work may include travel with the military to participate in exercises inaustere conditions.
• Employment may be in potentially dangerous areas, including combat or warzones. This might involve the possibility of suffering harm by dangerous forcesor friendly fire. These dangers are inherent to working conditions in adangerous environment.
• Work assignments vary based on client requirements.

Physical Requirements
• Must meet and maintain CENTCOM physical requirements for deployment.Qualification standards are determined by CENTCOM.
• Sitting at desk. Phone use and PC or laptop. Filing required. May requirelifting and carrying computer equipment, boxes of supplies or files up to 50lbs. Extended periods of sitting while on PC/laptop or phone.

Equipment and Machines
• General office equipment, which includes: telephone, fax machine, copier,PC/laptop, and other miscellaneous office equipment.
• Servers, switches and other computer equipment used to support networkoperations.
• Regular attendance in accordance with established work schedule is mandatory.Shift Work is required to support operations. The candidate chosen for thisposition will work 12 hours per day, 6 days per week on one of two daily shifts(days and evenings); however, customer needs may require modification to thisschedule. It is important to be able to work any shift/designated hoursrequired. Position will require night and weekend work.
• You may be asked to continue performance in support of a war, contingency, orexercise (this includes: Contingency operations; Humanitarian or peacekeepingoperations; or Other military operations or exercises designated by theCombatant Commander). This performance in support of U.S. military forces mayrequire work in dangerous or austere conditions.
• You may be asked to continue performance during inclement weather or otherconditions when others are not permitted to work.
• Position requires at least 1-year commitment. Early termination or transferfrom this position to a CONUS location may result in wage garnishments for relocation,travel and other expenses paid by the company.

• Extended Continental and Oversees travel will be required. May be required toattend off site meetings. Must obtain a current passport and applicable visa(s)prior to arrival in country. Must maintain a current passport and applicablevisa’s in good standing.
• Work may include travel with the military to participate in exercises inaustere conditions.
