Your Mission: Help bring next-generation carbon-fiber pressure vessels into orbit - literally. We are looking for a pure-play hunter and full-cycle sales representative who thrives on outbound sales and knows how to take a deal from the first cold touch to a signed contract. In this role, you will build your own pipeline from scratch, engage engineering and commercial stakeholders, and close new business for our cutting-edge carbon-fiber product lines.


You open doors, build relationships, and turn curiosity into contracts.

  • Drive Portfolio Sales: Actively hunt and win new customers for our advanced COPV product lines, managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Pipeline Engineering: Proactively identify and engage high-value targets within the European space and defense ecosystems through cold calling and strategic outreach.
  • Customer Interface: Act as the primary point of contact to understand technical requirements and ensure a smooth commercial process from first contact to delivery.
  • Market Presence: Represent us at key industry events, trade shows, and conferences to position the brand as a leader in the global space ecosystem.

  • Experience: 3+ years of B2B full-cycle sales experience, specifically in prospecting, qualification, and closing.
  • Sales DNA: You come from a sales-driven organization where outreach metrics and hitting quotas are part of your daily rhythm.
  • The Hunter Mindset: You are energetic, structured, and relentless; you love the thrill of cold calling and building a pipeline as much as the final win.
  • Technical Curiosity: You are motivated by high-tech manufacturing and have the ability to navigate large buying centers and complex decision structures within the SpaceTech industry.
  • Communication: Fluent in English; German language skills are a significant advantage for the European market.
