To maintain high quality in supporting the business from an HR perspective we are looking for a dynamic, communicative and passionate talent who wants to deep dive into the work of a diverse and international reinsurer. You will support the whole lifecycle of our employees from recruiting to offboarding.
What tasks can you expect?
- Support in Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle Processes
- Manage candidate onboarding process
- Support administration in our HR information system and ensure data accuracy
- Support student/trainee recruitment
- Employee Support, Administration & Organization
- Update the e-file tool
- Process invoice management
- Prepare documents/certificates (Bescheinigungen)/letters for employees
- Track and update non-EU employees' visa documentation
- Time & Attendance Management
- Responsible for reports/overview time tracking
- External Relations
- Support collaboration activities with universities, schools, etc.

We offer a varied, individual trainee program tailored to your needs, in a modern, international reinsurance company for a period of 18 months. You will benefit from on-the-job training in day-to-day business, giving you many exciting insights into the world of reinsurance. During your trainee program, you will be supervised by a mentor.
