Code – CSC (Finance)
- Preparation and coordination of monthly and annual financial statements (HGB) in close cooperation with accounting, sales, management, shareholders and auditors in Germany and abroad
- Drive coordination and support management in operational and strategic issues including ad hoc controlling and reporting
- Support the General Manager and Director of Finance to prepare board meeting material
- Preparation of the financial statements and reporting of the foreign operating companies
- Participation and support in forecasting as well as budgeting processes (including budget planning and control)
- Analysis and evaluation of new business areas as part of business development
- Strategic sales support through market and competitor analysis
- Responsible for sub-projects as part of the expansion strategy of the Customer Service Center
- Completed studies (diploma or master's degree) in economics with specialization in controlling / finance, business mathematics, business informatics or comparable degree
- Good knowledge of accounting standards, ideally HGB
- Ideally more than five years of professional experience in controlling or financial planning and analysis
- Outstanding MS Office skills, especially in PowerPoint and Excel
- Knowledge in SAP S/4HANA knowledge is a plus
- Strong ability to grasp and structure complex issues and to communicate in a precise and comprehensible manner
- Solution orientated attitude
- Ability to work in (virtual) teams
- Strong communication skills in English AND German
- High degree of initiative and affinity for numbers, processes and IT-related topics
- Understanding of processes as well as experience in process analysis and optimization
