We are seeking an experienced Senior Test Architect to join our team. This role focuses on test system architecture and optimization for coherent products, leading technical test projects for product development, and supporting both R&D and production teams.

  • Define the overall test strategy and architecture.
  • Design scalable test concepts for R&D and production.
  • Define technical specifications for software development supporting automated testing.
  • Evaluate and optimize test methodologies.
  • Lead cross-functional technical discussions and teams.
  • Support failure analyses related to test methods.
  • Drive continuous improvements in test coverage and reliability.

  • Degree in engineering, physics, optoelectronics, or related field.
  • Several years of experience in test development or test architecture.
  • Strong background in coherent optical measurement concepts.
  • Basic programming skills in Python, MATLAB, C/C++, or LabVIEW.
  • Familiarity with RF test methods is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Strong English skills; German proficiency is a plus.
